7. Account Suspension & Closure

buzzy 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or technical exploitation.
• Evidence that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
• A player has self-excluded and attempts to continue using the platform or register a new account during the exclusion period.
